Open Monday through Saturday Noon to 9:00 pm. Sunday Noon to 8:00 pm.
Our WOOD FIRED OVEN was imported from Italy, and is specifically designed to make pizza in the old world fashion. Our brick-oven pizzas are then created with our signature dough, fresh mozzarella cheese, and plum tomato sauces made from tomatoes grown in the legendary San Marzano region of Italy. We also use locally produced meat products from Bardine’s. We create our own homemade gourmet cream sauces, and use a variety of the freshest and finest pizza toppings available anywhere. All combined by Michael to create artisan pizzas from nationally and internationally award winning recipes. At Michael’s, pizza is all about the art.
